Requirements
- Bachelor Degree/Higher National Diploma in Accounting or related field
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in accounting, preferably in a technology or consulting firm.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, and analysis.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).

Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Financial Analysis: Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support business decision making.
- Budgeting/Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Financial Planning: Developing and implementing financial plans to achieve business objectives.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and accounting standards.
- Audit and Risk Management: Coordinating with external auditors and ensuring effective risk management practices.
- Financial Management: Supervising and guiding junior accounting staff.
